The ICS Professional Services team delivers to your company the assistance it needs to cost-effectively implement, manage and use ICS products.  Complementing the benefit of our software offerings, our Professional Services team is set to drive successful initiatives by striving to:

  • Increase customer satisfaction and software use within existing customers.

     We will work closely with our existing customers to identify issues and expedite bug resolutions, as well as prioritize enhancement  requests.

  • Increase the ROI for customers by increasing the use of IR/JR/DR within the organization.

     We will work with our existing customers to expand the use of IR/JR/DR, through training and product education, in order to increase the ROI.

  • Reduce the loss of software knowledge from turnover. 

     We will assist with maintaining software knowledge and custom company implementation that can be lost through personnel turnover.

  • Offer Industry solutions applicable to an organization in the form of Best Practices.

     We will provide proven solutions that are considered industry based Best Practices when using the suite of software.

  • Improve the installation and upgrade processes of our product offerings.

     We will work with our customers to ensure a successful installation, as well as successful and timely upgrades of new releases.

  • Provide education on our product offerings.

     We will train our users on how to use the software and provide continued education on new release enhancements, ensuring customers are adequately equipped to use each product to its fullest.
